Synopsis

Tirana. The Kinostudio is a huge complex of former cinema studios.

Nowadays there survives only a part dedicated to animation films.

Faced with the threat of some Albanian business companies which want to convert the Kinostudio into a private commercial mall, some artists decide to get together to make an animation movie.

They intent to make the international community aware of the problem and, at the same time, get a visa to leave Albania. However, they will run into the problem of visas, not easy to get, and technical nuisances due to the rudimentary labs at their disposal...
